This is to inform you all that HCL is conducting pool campus drive for all pass-out batches of MCA  (i.e all MCA batches before 2017 and including MCA batch 2017). please find the details given below.

Introduction

HCL technologies has consistently been ranked as of the major Indian IT players for over 4 decades now.

With a view to bridge the skill gap existing in the Indian IT ecosystem, HCL is now hiring fresher’s only through its job assured training program through HCL Training and Staffing Services which is a subsidiary company of HCL Technologies.

 

The results of this program have been extraordinary, we have trained and employed over 7,000 fresher’s and with a view to reward and retain these candidates, HCL has rolled out a Performance Linked Association Reward (PLAR) plan. Under this plan, candidates joining HCL TSS Manesar Training Program (LEAP), will have a chance to earn 6.8 Lacs over and above their consistently growing CTC.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: -

 

1. Year of Passing: ANY (Anyone who wants to START His/her career in IT)

2. Age: No Limit

3. B.E / B.Tech / MCA / M.E. / M.Tech / M.Sc (IT/ CS) - -Any Branch

4. Must Have

    10th -- 65%,

    12th -- 65%,

    B.tech or M.tech/MCA/M.SC-- 65%

 

5. Must be Local Residents with valid address proof of Delhi/NCR OR Blood Relatives in Delhi/ NCR (Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, Faridabad, Gurugram, Manesar)

 

NOTE: BCA, B.SC and DIPLOMA ARE NOT ELIGIBLE

 

MANDATORY DOCUMENTS FOR YOUR ONLINE TEST AND INTERVIEW:

1.            Copies of Educational Documents / Certificates

2.            Passport size photograph - 2

3.            Copy of Government photo ID proof and a photo copy (Driving license / PAN Card / Voter ID /Passport / Aadhar Card)

4.            Copy of Address Proof (Ration card / Gas connection / Electricity Bill) - valid address proof of Delhi/NCR OR Blood Relatives in Delhi/ NCR

5.            Updated Resume

 

HIRING MODEL:

 

Through HCL TSS LEAP ( http://www.hcltss.com/ )

 

Important Note: Please go through the LEAP Model its -paid Training cum Job Program, understand the same properly and then walk in for the interview, it's financed by Axis and IDBI Bank

 

Selected candidate will undergo 6 months Training: -

• 3 months of classroom training in HCL Technology Manesar, Gurgaon.

• 3 months OJT in HCL Technology, Noida.

Testing

Software application (C#, Oracle, Java .Net etc)

Infrastructure

Networking

 

SELECTION PROCESS: -

Round 1: Technical Interview (Face to Face)
