Erudite is a young IIT-IIM start up and Triksha (www.triksha.com) is

​their​

 flagship product which offers multi-subject, skills-based tests to identify candidates who can best fit in the actual job descriptions of various top companies.

​They​

 conduct placements drives on behalf of

​their​

 corporate partners in several technical and business schools and after shortlisting them,

​they​

 send them to the companies premises. 

​They have shared

 some of the immediate job openings for freshers with their respective packages, which may be helpful for you
