Newly renovated stunning seven bedroom house seeking five co-conspirators for:
-Weekly communal dining
-Art salon hosting in our huge communal living/ dining room space
-Collaborative cooking and food sharing in our large eat in kitchen with new stainless steel appliances (and wine fridge!)
-Group gardening effort in our fenced in yard
-Inspiration and resource sharing

There are six ample sun drenched bedrooms with gorgeous hardwood floors spread throughout three floors, two and a half bathrooms and a large basement with ample storage and work space as well as a new washer/ dryer for communal use (house fund will pay for upkeep and maintenance).

The rooms vary slightly in size and in price ($600 for the smallest which is best used as a home office and $750 for the largest). Utilities will be split amongst residents and will include gas heat, electricity and internet. No plans for cable TV.

There is currently one very sweet 10lb Brussels Griffon named Stella residing in the house with the opportunity for another small pet or two to join if the chemistry is right.

Occupancy as early as June 15th. Lease must start by July 1st. One year lease required.

Will be showing the space and interviewing folks this week in the morning and evening.
