Let's shoot it!
Thanks Jiju.
In the body of the e-mail, it needs to be mentioned that the start time is 7:15 PM
The three respective group leaders are expected to take the lead in circulating the message and confirming participation.
John Iype: Could you please take the initiative of informing the three group leaders? You may include the below message which is in red:
To see or not to see: This is an exercise on personality development where the participants will be encouraged to see the goodness in others.
Cooperation Squares: As one of the most important goals of an organization involved in social transformation (like the BCF and YMCA) is to build up a team spirit among the members so that they can work with a deep sense of solidarity and shared commitment, this will be an "effort to build a better team".
We look forward to seeing you there.

Michael J Fernandes

Hi Jiju,
As discussed in the last meeting, here's some input for inclusion in the flier:
The Horizons Approach: (Since we will be doing a program from Horizons.)
Grounded in the educational approach known as active learning. It uses tested strategies leading the participants through creative learning experiences and then invites them to reflect on their own experiences.
Growing in Wisdom, Age and Grace explores two themes--- personal identity and relationships.
We will be doing part of a session from the above program titled: Relationships with others: Problems and Possibilities.
A. Exercise: To see or not to see.
Through this program the participants will be invited to be aware of the goodness in others.
B. Game: Cooperation Squares.
Through this program, the participants will be conveyed the message of sharing and will be challenged to recognize the needs of others and if they are willing to respond to them or not?
That' all for the moment. Please fell free to call/e-mail if you need any additional information.
Thanks for your help and best regards,
