Bahrian Counselor's Forum [ BCF ] under the aegis of YMCA - Bahrain has three groups with three group Coordinators reporting to the YMCA Secretariat which in turn liases with the Indian Embassy and Indian Organisations to identify the persons requiring counseling and offering appropriate services.
