Signed CCM Bangladesh New Funding Agreement documents - updated

Greetings!!

Finally we have signed the CCM Funding Agreement for the Year 2026. Thanks to our Hon'ble BCCM Chair for signing this agreement. I also thanks BCCM Oversight Committee Chair, Sheikh Momena Moni, Additional Secretary-HSD, MOHFW, Respected Mr. Mamunir Rashid, Joint Secretary and Mr. Milan Kanti Datta to get signed this CCM Funding Agreement from New BCCM Leadership.

I also thank you for your patience. We acknowledge your support and cooperation gratefully.

Please take necessary action for signed CCM Funding Agreement and you are humbly requested to make sure that BCCM Secretariat Focal Point in the email communication for CCM Fund Disbursement. 

So that we can communicate quickly to MOH and related Bank for transferring funds to BCCM Account.

Again I thank you on behalf of the BCCM Secretariat.

Please, find attached the CCM Funding Agreement (BGD-CFUND-2610), with period of performance of 01 January 2026 to 31 December 2028. We kindly ask to coordinate the signature process of the corresponding CCM Representatives.

 

Once this has been signed by the representatives, please kindly upload the entire agreement as an attachment in the system and submit back to us for our countersignature.

I’ve checked the system in our end and unfortunately, the signed Funding Agreement is not attached yet. Please, make sure once you have uploaded the agreement you click submit/send in the top right corner otherwise we will not be able to receive it and this prevent us from moving forward in the system.
