Dear Mr. Monsur,
There is some feedback that came from DGHS on 127th BCCM Meeting mInutes which we submitted yesterday. We incorporated the DGHS feedback and prepared the revised version of 12th BCCM Meeting Minutes. No changes in the decisions, only some spelling and very few sentences in the descriptions.
You are humbly requested to replace in the file note with the previous version for signing this updated version of minutes.
