Dear CCM admin focal points and CCM leadership
A new “intelligent assistant” grant application tool, COPA-AI, is now available to support countries in developing HIV, TB, and Malaria funding requests to the Global Fund.
The tool uses AI technology to support key activities such as drafting core sections of the funding request form and aligning cross-cutting health system content. This reduces manual effort so countries can focus on strategic decisions, while also revealing integration opportunities across programs.
CCMs can now request access to the tool for CCM members / consultants through this form: https://forms.gle/hjS3FcV9G9pQdLn2A. CCMs are also encouraged to designate one or two focal points who can consolidate feedback and facilitate coordination as needed.

Note that COPA AI cannot prepare Performance Frameworks or Budgets drafts as stated in the presentation (until further notice). We (Bangladesh CCM Secretariat) tried to create access user ID and password for CCM Focal Point as well as one Consultant. So that Consultant can get access to COPA AI and use these tools for FR Development.
Unfortunately, we could not do it and were facing challenges because of this process asking for the CCM Authorization. We are not clear that they need CCM Focal Point Authorization or CCM Leadership's authorization. Please suggest it to us. Because if we need CCM Leadership's authorization, then it will take time at least one week. If BCCM Secretariat/ Focal Point Authorization is ok for this process then we can make it quickly and use these tools for FR development from today and onwards.
We are looking for your kind suggestions and guidance on this matter.
