KAP Intravenous Drug User (NPUD) Constituency Consultation about the GC8 Allocation Letter and FR for GC8

Dear Members and Alternate Members from the  KAP-Intravenous Drug User (NPUD) Constituencies, 

I hope this email finds you well. I would like to request you for a meeting for the KAP-NPUD Constituency meeting during 25 April to 30th April 2026 . This meeting will focus on following agenda items

• Sharing and discussion GC8 Allocation Letter, Draft FR for G8 and feedback from KAP-NPUD
• Strengthening KAP-NPUD engagement in BCCM decision making and oversight
•  BCCM decisions udate last 3 months 

We will also discuss the progress and anticipated challenges, and collaboratively develop targeted solutions for the ongoing activities.

You all are requested to discuss among yourselves and fix a meeting date, time, and venue for the proposed KAP-NPUD Constituency meeting and let us know as soon as possible. BCCM Secretariat will provide the necessary budget for refreshment, transportation, banner, pen, pad, folder etc for an estimated 40 participants for this consultation. You must spend the budget amount as per process as you did earlier.  It is better to submit a budget breakdown for this meeting before the meeting to the BCCM Secretariat. In this case you need a bit more, we will try to accommodate as per your breakdown.

Please note that this meeting is only for KAP-NPUD Constituency, you don't need to invite other KAP-PLWD constituencies because BCCM Secretariat is requesting consultation with them separately. For further guidance for budget breakdown, please communicate Mr. Harun-Or-Rasid, Deputy Coordinator, BCCM Secretariat 

We request you to engage other members in discussions to select a convenor from your constituency. The convenor will be responsible for ensuring the smooth coordination of this important event and providing necessary support to the BCCM.
