Greetings from the BCCM Secretariat.
BCCM Secretariat has been directed to inform you that the 129th BCCM meeting will be held on 03rd June 2026 at 10.00 am in the Conference Room (Building No. 03, Room No. 332) of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Bangladesh Secretariat, Dhaka.
Sardar Md. Sakhawat Husain, Hon’ble Minister, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare and Chair -BCCM will preside over the meeting. You are kindly requested to make it convenient to attend the meeting at the above-mentioned venue, date, and time. Signed meeting notice, meeting agenda and related documents will be shared soon.
Member(s) who will not be able to attend the meeting are requested to communicate and delegate responsibility to his/her alternate member(s) to attend the meeting.
Note: Members from outside Dhaka are requested to preserve the original ticket of travel (AC bus, AC train, or AC launch) and submit it to the BCCM Secretariat representatives at the meeting venue to get reimbursement of the transportation costs.
