Dear Dr Nasreen,

We are writing to confirm the final grant amount for BGD-H-NASP, covering the implementation period from 2024-01-01 to 2026-12-31, as detailed in the attached letter. This follows the Bangladesh Country Coordinating Mechanism’s (BCCM) agreement with the indicative grant amount as per decision during the 124th meeting on 7 July 2025.

The attached letter details the final grant amount, the corresponding decommitment of grant funds and the next steps. The Global Fund Country Team will continue to work with you to support the reprioritization and reinvestment exercise. Should an Implementation Letter be required, it must be finalized by 30 September 2025 to ensure timely operationalization of the revised budget.
