Dear Mr. Manaj,

This is for your attention that the comments of the Hon’ble Minister, which you referred to, may need to be  revisited. The Hon’ble Minister stated that planning could be made for a 60/40 arrangement and asked the National Programme how much budget would be required for the National Programme/NTP. In response, I mentioned that approximately USD 65 million would be required.

Subsequently, the Hon’ble Minister directed that the matter be discussed through the Technical Committee in order to come to a solution that would be comfortable for both PRs  - NTP and BRAC.

Accordingly, based on the decision communicated through the BCCM email, we arranged the Technical Committee meeting on 18 May.

My second comment is that NTP did not present the slide that was reflected in the minutes. I suggested that the NPC provide the comments formally and appropriately. ( NTP presentation attached herewith for your reference and documentation).

Thank you for sharing the Minutes.

I noticed that the description regarding the presentation summary and budget, as referred to in the Minutes, does not reflect the discussion I presented during the meeting. I started my presentation with the background and recommendations of the Oversight Committee Meeting, and my discussion was aligned with the content of the attached slides . I have presented the NTP budget  comparison GC7 and GC8 , BRAC prepared and shared budget separately.

May I kindly request you to check whether the voice recording or meeting notes can be reviewed and revisit the description accordingly? I would appreciate receiving a revised version. I will also be able to share a summarized version of my discussion by today.

Thanks for your kind feedback which you sent last night. We are trying to incorporate this feedback though we submitted yesterday evening to HSD forsigning. 

Regarding presentation summary:

We prepared a summary from the presentation you last sent to us on the morning of the 128th BCCM Meeting day and presented it in the meeting (we kept it with other presentations in the meeting folder). Please see attached herewith.

Respected Deputy Director also sent another presentation last night. I am attaching it' PDF version herewith.

Dr. Rupali, NPC, NTP also sent another presentation this morning I am also attaching herewith.

Unfortunately, these three presentations are different and there are differences regarding slides among them. May I request you both, please see these three presentations and send back to me the final one which is correct? Your kind response by 11.00 am today will be highly appreciated because HSD already asked the minutes yesterday and we sent last evening a version. We have to replace this before putting up the file note.  

Then based on that correct presentation we will put the summary in 128th BCCM Meeting minutes.

The 2nd and 3rd are the same , only after thank you slide the reference slide with BRAC , which I did not present in the meeting as BRAC shared you separately. So the 2nd ppt  is the version  presented  by NTP. 

As I am occupied for today meeting, after this I will summarize our description including the co-financing issue we described.
