1 – Long Term Recovery Group Survey
Good Afternoon Community Champions,
Please complete this survey about the impacts of Covid19 on your work - and recommendations to support recovery efforts!
The Health Equity Council (HEC) and the City of Albuquerque have been working in partnership to address the health, economic and political impacts of Covid19 on the city's residents, communities, and organizations.
In an effort to understand your experience the HEC Long Term Recovery Group has put together a survey. Survey results will be used to develop a Long Term Recovery Recommendations report. The report will lay the foundation for understanding the immediate and long-term needs across the city, and propose these recommendations directly to city officials with power to implement them! If you have any questions regarding the survey, email Carmela Roybal, MBGPH at cro...@avanyuhealth.com. Thank you for your time and participation.

3 – New Mexico Community Survey
Just a reminder that the New Mexico Community Survey is happening right now and we would really appreciate your help to share this information with your community and networks.
The New Mexico Community Survey is an anonymous evaluation tool that collects data about substance use and mental health to inform our public health prevention strategies all over the state. You have to be at least 18 to take the survey and everything is completely confidential. It takes about 15 minutes to complete.
Please see the attached fliers in English and Spanish and feel free to post these on social media or share with others. If you'd like to take the survey with your phone you can use the QR code or use this link:
Thank you so much and we really appreciate your help,
