3 – Restorative Justice Class, Friday, March 29, 8AM

I am conducting a Restorative Justice class in March. This class is on Restorative Justice in Communities NOT in schools. Participants MUST attend the entire 40-hour training. The training will be held Friday, March 29th from 8am to 5pm and Monday, April 1st to Thursday, April 4th. The training is FREE and includes a manual.

 

There are limited seats available on a first come, first serve basis. Please respond to this email.

Breaking the News

Free Indie Lens Pop-Up Screening

Join NMPBS for an Indie Lens Pop-up screening of "Breaking the News." This documentary follows a group of women and LGBTQ+ journalists who launch a startup, The 19th*, to buck a broken news media system.

 

Where: International District Library, 7601 Central Ave Ne, Albuquerque, NM 87108

Date: Monday, February 26, 2024

Time: 5 p.m. - 7 p.m.

Light dinner provided.

A community conversation with local journalists will follow the screening. Bring your thoughts and questions for Bella Davis, Indigenous Affairs reporter for NM in Depth, Rawan Lilo, former student editor of The Phoenix Times, Laura Paskus, NMPBS senior producer, and Susan Montoya, Associated Press Southwest Chief Correspondent.
