Waiver for States

Folks,

You have all pretty much gotten nice and ordered for the various fees
and memberships for states. I must now remind EVERYONE that I need one
last thing: a printed, parent-signed medical waiver to be turned in to
me. You will not be able to play this year without it. Teddy has
already handed a bunch of them out.

Please get these to me by Friday. If you are reading this, stop what
you're doing and get it signed now! That is makes efficient!

I can just feel a shiver in my soul when you glance over this email
and completely ignore it and don't get me the form by Friday.

Our chaperone is "Curt Wahl", which is what you should write on the
form. Once we get this you're set. Thanks!
