last game and picnic

Tomorrow (Sunday the 27th) is our LAST GAME OF THE SEASON! We got a real confirmation this time, so we're playing Eleanor Roosevelt at 2:00 at Sligo. Let's make it count--these guys were pretty competitive with us last year so I'm hoping for a good game.

In other news, the end-of-year picnic is planned for Saturday, June 2, at Norwood park. I think starting at 2:00 should give people taking SAT's enough time to get there, but if not, we can push it back a little more. We'll hand out discs, eat picnic-style foods, and play some ultimate. Parents, siblings, and alumni are all welcome, and if you'd like to volunteer to bring food or drinks or general picnic materials, say so.

At the picnic, we'll also be voting for next year's captains. I know Aubrey, Will, and Adrian are all in the running, but if there's anyone else, announce it now. If anyone wants to, they can give a speech at the picnic, and/or email out a paragraph or two to the group explaining why they want to captain and what their plans are to make the team better next year (this is totally optional).
