Gal 5:19-21 “... and the like ... those who live like this will not inherit the kingdom of God.”
None of the lists of the hell bound given in Rev 21:8; Gal 5:19-21; 1Cor 6:9,10; Eph 5:5 are comprehensive. But from these we get a sense of the categories of people who are going to hell. By saying, “and the like” Paul indicates that he shouldn't have to spell it out. We should be able to infer the kinds of people who are hell bound. And we make such a determination based not simply upon a snapshot of the person's behavior, but rather upon their lifestyle - their characteristic behavior.
People not only don't like it when you do so. But much of the Christian community today will even characterize people who make such judgments as Paul instructs as themselves sinning in doing so. As Jesus said to his own brothers, “The world cannot hate you, but it hates me because I testify that what it does is evil.” John 7:7, so it seems one often has to respond likewise to "brethren" in the Christian community today.
