Hey All,
I've attached the notes I took from the meeting (they're also uploaded
to dropbox). We were also thinking of all getting together to do our
SJP certifications at once. How Does Friday 9/11 or Tuesday 9/15
around 4 or 5 work for everyone?
Important dates:
Wednesday 9/2: Dynamo game (GSA organized event)
Thursday 9/3: Journal Club
Thursday 9/17: Journal Club
Thursday 9/24: BCB GSA Sports Night (water balloon fight) - Amy & Razan
Thursday 10/1: Journal Club
Thursday 10/15: Journal Club
Thursday 10/22: BCB GSA Movie Night - Barbara & Fabio
Saturday 10/24: Rice vs Army Football Game (tentative GSA organized event)
Thursday 10/29: Journal Club
Wednesday 11/11: PB&J Volunteer Night (tentative) - Alicia
Thursday 11/12: Journal Club
Thursday 11/19 - BCB GSA Board Game Night - Carlos & Ruda
Thursday 12/3: Journal Club
Friday 12/4: Wine and Cheese Party - Tom & Kim

I can look for the tickets and see how much are they and where they are located.
I can also be in charge of buying the tickets.

The IBB girls have a meeting at 4 on the 15th of September and I don't
think I can do the friday before because that day is already booked
for me. I can do it on my own though!

For the SJP, I vote for Friday 9/11, because I'll also be in the IBB
meeting on Tuesday 9/15.
