Last minute retreat things

 Hey everyone,

Are the following things done? Please email me back to confirm! :)

Remaining things to confirm:

• Vendors (Andrew)
• How many do we have? We have enough vouchers for 9
• Do we have extra coffee? (That was an issue last year)
• Poster Judging (Barbara/Joey)
• Are all posters assigned number, A/B section affiliation, and appropriate judges assigned????
• Make sure to have printouts/stickies/something with the number to put on the boards so people know where to hang their posters/judges can find them
• Make sure to also have a ton of pushpins to hang posters (Kim has some)
• Is the scoring system ready?
• Breakout sessions
• Kim/Alicia: Rename/Print breakout session sign up sheets for beginning, Print Powerpoint slides for breakout session rooms (use as backdrop & a sign on the door)
•  Powerpoint slides for keynote speaker at beginning/while people are walking in (please make them)
• Tom: CTE
• Alicia: Nalco
• Kim: Kirienko

All the posters are assigned numbers, we've met with Erin about the scoring system and she's agreed to help tally at the retreat as well. 

I have labels for the poster stands, judging sheets, and clipboards for the judges. 

I don't have pushpins nor pens for the judges so I'll figure that out today.

box. I have it printed and sitting by my keys for the morning.
