Get together at my place

Hello Ladies,
I am planning to host the next months get together and I want to see who all can make it. We all thought it will be best on OCT 18 th Friday evening. So please let me know if all of u can make it. There will be no cooking as it's a Friday. I will order everything from outside. Just come in and have a fun time.

Swathi, we want ur family to attend. So please let us know if u have any prior engagements. It's been long since we met u.
Everybody do let me know ASAP.

Sahiti, Meeta's mail I'd is missing in this. Can u please update the group with hers.

Neelima- Just a suggestion. Why dont we divide the menu and get it (who can cook will cook, others will order it outside) instead of you ordering everything? Let us know!

Hey ladies, let us meet tonight at community night out. Renee requested all of us to be there. I know u guys r all busy with ur work schedule and all , but make time for 1 hour or so and come on down . We can meet everybody in the community and catch up.

Hi Ladies,

So after much thought this is what I decided on the menu. I went ahead and also allotted the recipes to the person so there won't be any confusion. If there is something that doesn't work for u , thats ok just please do let me know. We have 14 kids and 18 adults.

Appetizer chicken - half tray -Samira
Appetizer veg - half tray -Neelima
Naans - Shristi & Meeta ( we need Naans to serve for 9 families)
Veg pulao - 5cups rice - Swathi
Sambar - Aruna
Chicken curry - Sahiti
Paneer butter masala - vidya
Curd rice - Neelima
Dessert - sudha

Anybody who can't make their assigned dish do let me know by Wednesday so that I can make alternate arrangements. I don't want last minute changes. Please keep this in mind. If u don't reply by oct 16 th, Wednesday , I will think that you are ok with the dish and making it to the party on time.

Aruna please reply to this mail so that I can be sure u got the mail.

Ok ladies I hope everyone is ready to have a spirited night tomorrow.

If the kids can come over and have a go at the trampoline, they are more than welcome to do so. I am thinking 5 pm for the kids so they can atleast have an hour before it gets dark. 

We will meet as planned at 7 pm. For those of  you who don't know the address, it's 300 petunia dr.

Thanks everyone for making this weekends get together at our place the most memorable one. I don't think we had so much fun in a longgggg time.
