Using Traffic instead of BCARS Groups

About two months ago, I migrated users over to "TRAFFIC" for email. We've been running both "em...@traffic.bcars.org" and "bc...@googlegroups.com".  Now that everyone is getting used to it, I'm going to disable posting to bc...@googlegroups.com.

From here on out, send email to "em...@traffic.bcars.org" when emailing the group.

Emails through TRAFFIC have "[BCARS TRAFFIC]" in the subject line.

Emails through google groups have "[BCARS]" in the subject line.
