As many of you, I'm not happy with how limited the letter attached is, especially not outright rejecting natural gas expansion. But it was a struggle within SWRL agreeing on this language.

As the bulldozers approach, possibly we can join forces at key actions to get all key reps in 

NY, CT and RI as well as MA​

to call for a moratorium on new pipeline construction until independent, citizen-monitored health and safety studies can examine the many concerns ignored or discounted by Spectra, Kinder Morgan and FERC

Appeal of FERC’s denial of intervenors re-hearing

will hopefully give us time to widely publicize FERC’s forced disclosure from SWRL’s pending Dept. of Public Utilities Docket appeal.

could generate the outrage and demonstrations necessary to get the reps to save face by getting on board.
