Dear Faculty Members,

 

As communicated earlier, we would be organizing “Login  ASTITWA 2014” on 19^th & 20^th September, 2014  in our College Campus.

 

Kindly check the following attachments:

1.     Events Rules & Regulations

2.     In-house Participation form

3.     Student HOD and Faculty In charge for  Events.

 

Attention: Batch coordinators

a.     The students committee is collecting Rs 100 as a contribution by the students for the 2 day fest. I would request you to kindly encourage the students for mass participation.

b.    We have a target of Rs 2, 50,000 on account of Sponsorship. We have identified one student from each Section as a Sponsor coordinator for that batch. I would request you to please encourage students to collect sponsorship, such that we can conduct the fest with no financial obstacle.

c.      Please inform the students about the events, rules and the form fill up.

d.    By tomorrow, we would distribute the Participation form.

 

I will keep you informed about the sponsorship details and other important developments ……Looking forward for your kind cooperation and support.
