This is Pradeep from Brain Management Consultants.
This is wrt.. Openings with WIPRO
They are looking for TECHNICAL SUPPORT.

The role lies within our Technology Infrastructure Business which
involves dealing with our clients (internal and external)and provide
all the backend technological support and solutions.
The resource needs to be
flexible in work timings given that it will
involve late evening or early morning shifts since this involves
engaging with clients outside india.Need to have good communication
skills both written and oral. Most importantantly this is not a call
centre job .These positions are open in WIPRO TECHNOLOGIES and NOT IN
WIPRO BPO.
Eligibility :
- All B.Sc and BCA graduates with 50% above in graduation (2011
& 2012 Pass outs ONLY). Process for hiring given below.( for
candidates upto 6 months of experience)
a. Technical Test,3 sections with 20 Question in each section.
(English language, Verbal Analytics and Basic Technological section.)
60 mins duration
b. HR Interview.
c. Final Voice interview
- All BSC and BCA with 6 -12
months of IT experience provided
relevant docs produced. Process for hiring.
a. Technical Interview followed by HR interview.
Compensation Details.
Monthly: 13,500 INR for candidates having 0 – 6 months experience
Experience considered will be that of Technical support unlike you
have people working in Dell,HP,IBM etc.
Service agreement of 24 months is followed ,wherein if anyone wants to
leave within this period will have to pay 75K towards the company.
