The procedure for death penalty administered on the Airport floor in Vancouver BC is as follows:
 
1. Dead men walking is placed against the wall facing the executioner.
2. The executioner administers the first shot from electric gun.
3. Dead man walking runs for life, so the second electric gun shot must be given
4. Dead man walking falls on the floor
5. Three hits with batton are administered to ensure quick death
