specifications and tender documents. Assisted in the office
administration of the department quality assurance system. Liaised
with other sections, i.e.. Structural Design, Geotechnical, Planning,
Traffic and Transportation and public utilities, as well as with the

Setting-out layouts using E.D.M. and other surveying equipment on a
$2.5 million road improvement scheme. Works consisted of earthworks,

Engineer Westbury, Wiltshire, U.K. 1990
Checked on the temporary and permanent works design to a $15 million
design and build contract. Designed alternatives on the falsework,
formwork, sheet piling as well as bored piling designs. Assisted in
the design of a multi-storey steel frame structures. Designed on a
reinforced concrete box culvert. Duties also included slope stability
check, Initial site investigation, loading calculation, structural
analysis, structural members and joints designs, drainage, underground
services and paving designs. Prepared drawings, specifications and
documents.

Assistant Engineer on a $8 million Ministry of Defense contract, a
transportation and office complex in U.K. Setting-out of foundation,
steel frames of the structures, drainage, mechanical and electrical
installations, public utilities and parking lot. Assisted on site
administration with site records, safety, organized plants and
materials. Trained and supervised junior staff and construction
workers.
