Position: US IT Recruiter

Description:



1 to 4 years proven US IT recruiting experience.

Ability to demonstrate Full Recruiting Life-cycle candidate prospecting, candidate screening, Negotiations, candidate submission, follow-up, Interview etc.

Good Analytical as well as communication skill.

Should have good understanding of W2, C2C and 1099.

Should have clear understanding of Work Authorizations in US.

Excellent understanding of technology and associated technical skill sets.

Experience in catering Direct client, VMS and Implementation partners.

Ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work time efficiently.

Good understanding and knowledge over screening of fake profiles and Genuine Profiles.

Willing to work in EST Shift.

Good understanding of job portals like Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Etc.

Ability to work in a team environment with a high sense of urgency.

Minimum bachelor’s degree in a field is required.
