Scope of work/responsibilities:

Our client is an established, international consulting firm located in
downtown Vancouver. We are seeking a detailed oriented individual to help
verify billable hours for services rendered by our client's staff to
customers, time entry, project allocation, training staff on using internal
time capture applications & reporting, etc. The ideal candidate will have a
general understanding of accounting terminologies & concepts (GL, A/P,
project allocation, GST/PST, etc.), perhaps has completed an accounting
course, and will naturally spot inaccuracies / discrepancies prior to the
generation of invoices. As you will be supporting a team of highly
innovative individuals in a dynamic work environment, you must have
excellent communication, organization and time management skills to
prioritize and manage tasks efficiently.
