Dear BCPA members,
Our Annual General Meeting will take place Saturday, January 28, 1-3pm
in the Dunbar room at the Dunbar Community Centre. The address is 4747
Dunbar St., Vancouver. The meeting is open to all those who held a
BCPA membership in 2011. Snacks and refreshments will be provided.
Please consider attending.
This will be an election year. At the AGM, nominations will be
accepted to stand for election to the BCPA Board of Directors for two-
year terms.
While proxy voting is not allowed at the AGM, if you cannot attend but
would like to submit a proposal to the AGM you can submit it to me in
writing along with a rationale.
