Hey Guys and Gals

For those of you in the Boston Area:

The Mass BikePike Tour (a benefit for Massbike) is seeking volunteers!  This is a great opportunity if you're around this summer and want to join a bike tour - work two days, and we'll let you ride the other two days for FREE.  Please pass this along to other cycling friends.

Date: August 2nd through 5th (plus route-scouting/marking ahead of time)

Location: start and finish is in Great Barrington, MA – ride explores the Berkshires region including an optional hillclimb of Mt. Greylock

Volunteer needs (partial list): pre-event route scouting, SAG driving, welcome table, rest stops, camp setup/breakdown, shuttle driving

Mass BikePike Tour volunteers are welcomed to participate in the ride – route scouts are invited to ride the whole event; at-event volunteers ride two days and work two days.  Volunteers receive all the benefits of registered riders – camping sites, hearty breakfasts and dinners, plus any expenses incurred.

Volunteering at the Mass BikePike Tour is an excellent volunteer experience and a good fit for solo volunteers or those who want to volunteer with teammates, friends, or family. Please contact Bruce Lederer directly at br...@massbikepike.org if you’re interested.

Of course, you’re welcome to skip volunteering and just sign up to be a participant!  There are only 150 spots on the ride and we sold out last year – so sign up quickly for this “Friendliest Ride in the East”

For more info or to register for the ride, please visit www.massbikepike.org
