Hey Guys
Attached is the order form with pricing. If you want to make an order email the club president, Karl Honorlaw at <
hone...@bc.edu>
Below is Karl's original email, which goes a more in detail:
________
So we are all set to order uniforms. It is a real simple process.
Pick the items you want to order. Fill out the Excel spreadsheet. Pay me for your order (you must pay me %50 for your order to be placed, or you can pay in full). Do this by Wednesday, 14th of October by 11pm. I will be placing the order first thing Thursday morning.
Attached to this email are a couple things:
1. A copy of the spread sheet you need to fill out and send back to me.
2. A copy of my order as reference in case you’re not sure how to fill it out.
- in a second email I will send out the artwork desings (I cant send them all at once because it is too big of a file)
When filling out the spread sheet please be sure to indicate size and gender.
Here is a description of all of the items we will be ordering:
- Short Sleeve Race Cut Jersey (short sleeve snug fitting jersey, look on primal wears website for sizing info if your not sure what size you need)
- Long sleeve jersey (snug long sleeve jersey, made of a slightly warmer fabric)
- Bib Shorts
- Arm warmers
- Knee warmers
- Fingerless gloves (designed to give you padding, protect hands, and look good)
- Thermal Shoe covers (these will be made of a wind proof material to keep your feet a little warmer in the fall, winter, and spring. Keep in mind these tend to run tight, I wear a 10.5 men’s shoe and wear XL shoe covers)
-Down Hill Jersey (large baggy jersey for mountain bikers who wear body armor underneath their clothing)
- Paradigm Jacket (jacket designed for the coldest weather winder riding)
- Wind Jacket (wind proof water resistant jacket designed for chilly days and cold races)
- Polar vest (similar to the paradigm jacket except in vest form, keeps your core warm)
- Wind Vest (similar to wind jacket but in vest form, back is mesh to let heat escape, great for racing and cool days)
You can find more information and sizing info in Primal Wear’s custom clothing website:
http://custom.primalwear.com/Products.aspx- generally whatever size of athletic clothing you wear is the size of cycling clothing you will wear.
Payment:
As stated above, you must pay at least %50 of the total cost of your order to me by Wednesday Oct 14th at 11pm. Please don’t wait until the last minute. I am speeding up this process so we can get our uniforms before Christmas break. You can pay with check or cash, make checks out to “The Boston College Cycling Club.” Call me to set up a time to pay me (cell
513-378-3193) or just drop money off to my room in an envelope with your name, or at spin class Wednesday night at 9:30pm in the plex.
This is really a very simple process, just think about what you want, realize that we are getting a great deal on all of these items that usually cost around double this price, and these are fully designed for BC!
Remember to order everything you will want for the next year. We will not have lots of extra stuff like last year and this will be the only order we will be placing.
Then just pay me! This is crucial! Wednesday Oct 14th at 11pm is the deadline to email me and drop payment at my door (Ignacio Hall B42).
