Patient Reference from ExplanationOfBenefit not mapping to Identifier in Patient file

Hi Team,

I am trying to map BENE_MBI_ID in CCLF1 using Patient Reference from ExplanationOfBenefit not mapping to Identifier in Patient file.

But none of my values are matching between 2 sources.

Below is what I used:

Eob.patient.reference provides logical reference to the corresponding Patient resource (e.g. /Patient/123).  The identifer in the reference (e.g. '123') maps to Patient.id

I downloaded the data using "https://api.bcda.cms.gov/api/v2/Group/all/$export" which downloaded all 5 files. 

I see every time it downloads only 5k records in Patient file. Is there any limit on how many patient records can be downloaded?
