Attribution file not found error

Hello BCDA Team:

We were previously using a functional API key and pre-shared secret, which abruptly stopped working, with the error:

"Attribution file not found"

We are also seeing the error:

"Failed to start job.  Attribution file not found"

Any insight you can provide to resolve this would be appreciated.

Hi Sanjay and Mary, 

Sorry for any inconvenience these errors have caused. As we are still awaiting 2026 attribution data, it does sound like you are encountering the expected behavior if you did not use the runout identifier when making an export request. Please see the example error response in our main performance year transition thread. If you are receiving a different error, or if you still have trouble requesting your 2025 runout claims after following our guidance on using the runout identifier with the /Group endpoint, please let us know.
