Patient Resource - Patients Missing and ReAdded

Hello!

We monitor and maintain our patient list when the GET /api/v2/attribution_status is updated using last_attribution_update attribute.  When that date gets updated we pull a full patient file and true up our attributed.  This has worked until last week.

• • On 03/26/2024 all of our DCE Orgs (MSSP no), we picked up attribution update of last_attribution_update = 2024-03-25 04:28:06 
  • On 04/05/2024 all of our Orgs, we picked up attribution update of last_attribution_update = 2024-04-02 08:21:55 (note, we have seen consistently that the date we pick up the attribution consistently lags the date received on the response.

While it is unusual for us to receive 2 updates this close (for DCE it has been the first week of the month), this not what is concerned us.   What is concerning is that patient records that were on previous Patient files were dropped on 03/26/2024 only to magically reappear on 04/05/2024.    There were 7 for one particular org and all of them where on the attribution list since we started loading them.   The last time we updated our attribution was on 03/13/2024

Can you help us to explain why there were two attribution update so close and what changed?  If this is an error, if this should be expected and some notification about it?
