Sorry for the issue downloading the file. We've found that the download timed out and the connection was closed before the download was completed. This resulted in the returned file being truncated.
Our investigation also revealed a bug in how BCDA processes the
Accept-Encoding header in download requests when more than one encoding option is provided. We have a fix for this issue that will be available in our next release.
In the meantime, we recommend requesting the job once again, then downloading the files using the header "
Accept-Encoding: gzip" without any other encodings included in the header. This workaround will ensure the file is sent compressed, speeding up your download time and staying below the timeout limit.
