Patient/EOB File Size & ACO Access

Hello,

Is there any information on expected file size for the Patient and EOB resource types? I've noticed that for the larger responses that more files are generated but just curious if there are any more details on how this is done.

Also, are credentials typically ACO specific or can multiple ACOs be aggregated with one set of API credentials?

Thank you for reaching out and asking these questions!

With regard to expected file size, a new NDJSON file is generated after 150 EOB records or 5,000 Patient records.

Credentials are specific to a model entity. As always, we welcome additional insight as to how this could potentially better serve your organization's goals.

For troubleshooting credentialing creation via ACO-MS or 4i, we recommend emailing the following help desks depending on your model:
