Hi BCDA Team,
We observed a discrepancy while validating claims between BCDA and CCLF Data sources.
A claim with a Date of Service (CLM_FROM_DT) of 2026-02-24 is available in the CCLF data, but we did not receive the corresponding claim in the BCDA export for the same beneficiary.
We are able to see claims with Dates of Service after 2026-02-24 in the BCDA export, so this appears to be an isolated missing claim rather than a data freshness or date range issue.
Is this expected behavior? Are there any known scenarios where an individual claim would be present in CCLF but omitted from the BCDA export?
If needed, we can provide the specific claim details through a private channel.

We are following up on case BCDA-10272. We uploaded the requested claim information to the secure Box folder on July 18. Based on our analysis, the claim is available in BCDA V3 but is not present in BCDA V2.
We are still awaiting your team's review and response. Could you please provide an update on the status of the investigation?
