BCDA is currently a pilot program; at this point CMS is focused on meeting the needs of SSP ACOs so that they can retrieve Medicare Part A, B, and D claims data for their assignable or prospectively assigned beneficiaries.
At the same time, we invite members of all ACOs and their vendor partners to visit sandbox.bcda.cms.gov, which has synthetic beneficiary data (no PII/PHI), and share their feedback with us. We are looking closely at engaging with and getting feedback from the community specifically from additional non-SSP models later this year. If you have any other questions, please let us know.
