Timeout while trying to connect to the api

Hi Team, 

We were querying the API for couple of years but suddenly in the last month± we started to receive 500 Timeout. I saw other post asking the same thing. 

Who can we contact in order to validate our IP address is allowed? We checked our configuration and we dont see any change from our endpoint.

I will we be happy to provide any other needed info if needed, thank you in advance
