Hello!

We apologize for the issues making requests to BCDA. We are aware of an ongoing issue with our cloud service provider which is causing some requests to fail with HTTP status 500.

We will update you once the service is fully restored, however our communications will continue to be limited due to the government shutdown. For the most timely updates on the status of the BCDA service, you may continue to make requests to the /metadata endpoint and await a 200 response.

We've resolved the service disruption that began Tuesday, October 28th, 2025, around 3:00 PM Eastern Time causing some requests to fail with HTTP status 500.

If you were unable to access BCDA during this incident, you may now retry any failed job requests.
