CCLF3 data delay

Hello,

We do a pull once a week for this data.  It seems like the CCLF3 data is always a week behind the rest of our data.  For example, if the last time we got CCLF 1 and 2 was 2025-03-10, our CCLF3 is dated 2025-02-27 (CLM_FROM_DT).  We are getting CLM_FROM_DT from the eob.BillablePeriod.Start.  For CCLF3, we are getting this data from eob.Procedures.  Am I doing something wrong or is there a normal delay with CCLF3 data?

Thanks for the question about mapping billing period dates between BCDA Resources and CCLF files. The Eob.billablePeriod.start field from BCDA maps to the CLM_FROM_DT for CCLF files 1 through 6, including the CCLF3 file. The Eob.procedure[N].date field from BCDA maps to the CCLF3 file's CLM_PRCDR_PRFRM_DT, the date the specific procedure was performed, rather than the billing period of the claim.
