Hello BCDA Team,

Thank you for your recent fix with jobs not processing on March 5th! We have since cancelled our pending jobs and triggered new runs.

Our recent jobs submitted to BCDA finished successfully. However, they only returned '404' responses when we attempted to get all files. Job IDs that had this issue:

- 163816 for ACO A4776
- 163815 for ACO A5556
- 163830 for ACO A4776

These are the 3 remaining ACOs we have not yet completed a full historical data ingestion. Are there any ways we can see what might be happening with these jobs and whether we need to adjust our API calls?

Thank you!

Best Regards,
Wes

Hello BCDA Team,

It does look like our most recent attempt at cancelling/starting new jobs was successful! I believe it would still be good to know if there were any actions items we could take with those 3 jobs mentioned: 163816, 163815, 163830.

Thank you!

Best Regards,
Wes

Hi Wes,

We appreciate you letting us know, and sorry for the inconvenience! We are glad to hear that the jobs succeeded upon retrying, and no other action is needed from your side at this time. The jobs have most likely been getting stuck due to the high volume of large requests following the release of 2026 data or, in this case, following the service disruption. We are updating the way BCDA prioritizes jobs to ensure large export requests are better supported during high traffic times and are continuing to investigate other improvements.

Thank you,

The BCDA team
