Sample Dataset Issues

Hello,

Are there known issues with the larger sample datasets returning errors?

I seem to get job errors on pretty much every environment besides the extra small one. The jobs tend to run for a while and then return errors.

Thank you for reporting your experience in the BCDA sandbox environment. At this time, we are not aware of any issues with the synthetic data sets and sandbox operation.

In support of our efforts to replicate this issue, we kindly request the following:

The error(s) being returned and any additional messaging the system is providing to accompany the error.
The API request that is resulting in these errors. Please be sure to censor Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and other sensitive information (e.g., private keys, passwords) by replacing the information with the word ‘REDACTED’. Additional details and guidance can be found here in the Google Group.

We will be investigating and aim to provide an update or resolution no later than Thursday, November 10, 2022.

Using the Extra-large ACO Credentials

("6152afb4-c555-46e4-93de-fa16a441d643",

and hitting this endpoint (/api/v2/Patient/$export) with the parameters of ResourceType.Patient and since="2021-02-13T08:00:00.000-05:00"

I receive job_results like this:

Hi BCDA folks!

It seems like this issue (or a similar one) has popped up again. When I request data for the small, medium, large, or extra-large sample model entities (/api/v1/Group/all/$export), the export request is accepted, but the result includes OperationOutcome errors like John posted in the above thread. The extra-small sample model entity and both of the "Advanced" model entities seem to work fine. The error files themselves are 0 bytes, not sure if that's expected when the job result includes errors in the production environment.
