BCDA Credentials Revoked in 4i

Hi BCDA Community,

All BCDA credentials for ACO REACH and KCC entities were automatically revoked by 4i when CMS countersigned each model's participation agreements. This took place on 12/22/2025 for KCC and on 12/29/2025 for ACO REACH. Please create new BCDA credentials for each of your model entities in 4i, and let us know if you have any trouble. You can also reach out to your model's 4i help desk by emailing ACOR...@cms.hhs.gov or KCF-CK...@cms.hhs.gov.
