BCDA EOB Data

Hello,

I am hoping to understand which day of the week is check day? I am seeing in the EOB data that paid dates are generally on Fridays and so wanted to confirm if Friday is the day for adjudication? We're trying to determine which day of the week to download the BCDA EOB files in terms of getting the recently adjudicated data as timely as possible.

[Beneficiary Claims Data API (BCDA) Community]

Hi Somaiya,

New adjudicated claims data is loaded from the Chronic Conditions Warehouse (CCW) every weekend. In the event of a delay, we'll make an announcement in the BCDA Google Group with updates on when the data will be refreshed.

While the adjudication of a claim may happen at earlier points in the week, the claim will not be available via BCDA until we finish loading data over the weekend.
