Hello BCDA Users,

We identified a service disruption that began today, September 29th, 2026, at 5:17 AM Eastern Time, intermittently causing some v3 $export jobs to fail.

We will provide periodic updates in this thread and confirmation once the service is fully restored.

We apologize for any issues making requests to BCDA v3.

Hello BCDA Users,

We are happy to report that the issue has been resolved. Services have been fully restored and should now be stable. If you received a 500 error during your v3 $export job you can now resubmit.
