[BCDA] not getting current year Data

Hi team,
Our  application is trying to pull our production data. BCDA v2 /all/$export is returning a 404 Not Found, and when we try the v3 endpoint, we receive a 403 Forbidden with the error 'V3 access not enabled for this ACO'. Can you please  advise on how we can access our current data?

Hello,

We are sorry to hear about the 404 Not Found errors you are receiving when making requests to BCDA's production API. At a glance from the details you provided it seems like "/Group" may be missing from your application's $export request. Please ensure your client application is using the full path for the either the /Group/all or /Patient endpoints as described in Step 2 of How to Access Claims Data

If you are still receiving 404 Not Found errors after reviewing your application's BCDA v2 requests, please share the following in support of our investigation:

  1. The 5 character Entity ID for your organization(s). For example, ACOs in the Shared Savings Program have Entity IDs which begin with the letter 'A' followed by four numbers, like "A9999".
  2. The API request that is resulting in these 404 Not Found errors. Please be sure to censor Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and other sensitive information (e.g., private keys, passwords) by replacing the information with the word ‘REDACTED’. Additional details and guidance can be found here in the Google Group.
  3. Any additional messaging the system is providing to accompany the 404 Not Found error message.
  4. The last time a successful job was completed for your respective entity(ies), and the last time a job was requested but not completed.

Feel free to add additional key details, and be sure to redact PII and other sensitive information.

BCDA v3 is not yet generally available. Access to BCDA v3 is limited to participants in BCDA's Early Adopters program. Reach out to us over email at bc...@cms.hhs.gov if your ACO is an Early Adopter and you need help troubleshooting access to BCDA v3.
