Dear BCDA Team,
We are encountering an issue with our BCDA data synchronization. We sync data weekly, and every six months, we download the data again for reconciliation. However, during our verification process, we noticed that some claims are missing.
We understand that when we log in and send a request to BCDA, the system provides active member data as of the request date. However, we have observed instances where the same patient remains active and continues to receive other claims, but certain claims are not included in the data we receive.
We are happy to share the job IDs and request duration (including request dates and parameters) for your review and assistance in resolving this issue.
