Hello REACH ACOs,

BCDA's partially adjudicated claims data for institutional claims have not been updated since October 5th. The issue has been identified and a solution is underway. We will reach out when we have updates on when the latest institutional data will be available via BCDA's Claim and ClaimResponse resources.

There is no impact to fully adjudicated claims data or to professional claims. The EoB, Patient, and Coverage resources are up-to-date with the latest available data.

Reach out if you have questions by replying to this message or by posting a new message in the BCDA Google Group.

Hello REACH ACOs,

Our engineering teams are still working on a fix to the delay in availability of partially adjudicated institutional claims data. Updates to the Fiscal Intermediary Shared System (FISS), which processes institutional claims, over the past weekend introduced a breaking change to BCDA's data ingestion pipeline.

At the moment, October 5th is still the most recent partially adjudicated institutional claims update available. We'll continue to provide status updates on this issue each business day until service is fully restored.

The current expectation is for our partner team to deploy a patch early next week, after which they will begin ingesting the past few days of recent updates to institutional claims before BCDA can make them available to you.

At the moment, October 5th is still the most recent partially adjudicated institutional claims update available. We'll continue to provide status updates on this issue each business day until service is fully restored. Our next update will come on Tuesday, October 15th.

Hello REACH ACOs,

Apologies for the delayed update. A patch has been deployed and our partner teams are ingesting the past few days of updates to institutional claims. While some of the latest updates to institutional claims data are available via BCDA now, we advise waiting to back-fill your partially adjudicated claims data (Claim and ClaimResponse resources) until we notify you that all claims data is up-to-date.

We expect the ingestion process to take a few more days, and will keep you up to date on the progress. Once we confirm that all claims data are up to date, we recommend using the _since parameter to back-fill partially adjudicated claims data from October 5th and onward.

As a reminder, there is no impact to fully adjudicated claims data or to professional claims. The EoB, Patient, and Coverage resources are up-to-date with the latest available data.

Thanks,

Hello REACH ACOs,

The data upload is complete and all partially adjudicated claims data are now up-to-date and available via BCDA. As a reminder, there was no impact to fully adjudicated claims data or to professional claims. The EoB, Patient, and Coverage resources remained up-to-date with the latest available data.

To ensure you have the latest version of each resource, we recommend using the _since parameter to back-fill partially adjudicated claims data from October 5th and onward.

Thanks for your patience during the delay!
The BCDA Team
