BCDA API EOB EXPORT method call and runout call not working

I am sending it again as I mistakenly tagged the email to a different issue.

Any updates as the BCDAAPI EOB call using export is not working any more.

Even the runout api method had the same problem.

I have been using a sincetime of 01/20/2021.

We were told in the open hours meeting that the 

export api method can be used again.

This had been working before with no issues until the switch

over to the runout at the year end transition.

 

Anyone else having the same issues?

 

The response after the job completes is returning a blank output in json format.

 

Any help/suggestions would be appreciated.
